PAINFUL MENSTRUATION:
This condition is preceded by severe pain.
Sometimes heavy nausea and vomiting occur.
Usually blood flow is scanty.
Remedy suggestions:
1 teaspoon myrrh, 1 teaspoon juniper berries.

Preparation: Boil in 1 cup of water, then strain.
Dosage: Take in morning for seven to ten days after menstrual period has ended.
ABSENCE OF MENSTRUATION:
Cold and moist imbalance in the body such as the ovaries and uterus. The excessive intake of cold and moist foods, winter, cold environment, anaemia, worries, fears, etc.
Avoid cold and moist foods.
Avoid dairy products, carbonated beverages, chocolates, refined sugar, junk food.
Remedy suggestions:
1 tsp of dried mint and honey 2 or 3 times a day, when periods are expected to start.
