Skin conditions – such as Eczema, Psoriasis, Acne
ACNE:Due to a dry and hot dominance, oily skin, stress, too much junk food, saturated fats, and animal products or the use of some cosmetics.
Recommended to eat more hot and moist or cold and moist foods but to avoid dairy products.
Maintain a high fibre diet to ensure daily bowel movements.
Diet alone does not cure acne, however, some cases of acne appear to improve after eliminating certain foods, particularly chocolates, chips, dizzy drinks, sweets and fats.
Emotional stress appears to increase the severity of acne in certain cases.
Increase the intake of raw fruit and vegetables in your diet.
Drink 1 ½ to 2 litres of fluids, preferably water daily.
Avoid too spicy food, dairy products, fried or grilled foods and sugar. The application of oil, soap and/or cream.
Remedy Suggestions:
1tsp of neem powder twice a day
Or a tablespoon of bitter gourd (karela) juice twice a day
