Feel Bloated, Stomach ache?
Feel Bloated, Stomach ache?
Bloating can be caused by a number of things such as by irritable bowel syndrome (an over-sensitive gut that can trigger bloating, as well as cramps, constipation or diarrhoea).
Other reason may be due to food reheating as re-heating starchy food changes its molecular structure and this cannot be digested in the small intestine but passes into the large intestine (the bacteria that helps break it down produces gas) hence the bloating.
Cupping a great healing tool
Cupping a great healing tool Cupping therapy is an ancient therapy used by many cultures for thousands of years. It was employed in the Western hospitals, as well as the Middle East and Far East. Cupping therapy is also known by many names including Hijama (Arabic), Schropf therapie (German), Kupa Cekme (Turkish), Banki (Russain), etc There are different types of Cupping and in our practice we use the following: Dry cupping – This is the process of using a vacuum on different areas of the body in order to gather the blood in that area. Wet cupping – This is the process of using a vacuum on different areas of the body in order to gather the blood in that area with small incisions; light scratches using a sterile surgical blade.
