Dominant Temperament: Melancholic

Fruit: Sweet apples, sweet grapes, sweet pomegranate, pears
Grains and lentils: Flax seed, Walnuts, Dates, Hazelnut, Figs, Pistachio
Foods to avoid: Avoid banana’s, Cucumber, Aubergine, Pumpkin, Squash, lettuce, reduce lentils.
