Back pain, Arthritis & Rheumatism

ARTHRITIS:
There is pain and/or stiffness, without swelling, in one or more joints.
Avoid sour and spicy foods.
Take walks in the morning, but avoid exposure to very cold air.

Remedy suggestions:
3 teaspoons ground dry coriander with 3 teaspoons of gur (jaggery). Take ½ a teaspoon.
